All of us want to feel
good and have lots of energy to do our work, and our recreational activities. The fast food, quick
snacks, emotional distress, and a sedentary lifestyle will have an adverse affect on our bodies and our
minds. We can become sluggish and sometimes disconnect from life because of depression and anxiety.
Doctors' offices are full of people in pain that directly relates to our lifestyle.
We have to take intentional steps toward good health and well-being. Sometimes that first step is the
hardest, and is usually recognizing that there is a problem. Juggling home and work can be overwhelming.
The main thing is to never lose hope. Hope doesn't die instantly; it flickers out day by day.
